John R. Haycock, D.M.D.
Dr. Haycock was born in Iowa and raised in Calgary, Canada. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University. He received his dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia, School of Dentistry.
He also attended the Baylor College of Dentistry where he spent an additional 27 months receiving specialty advanced training in root canal therapy and microsurgical endodontics; Dr. Haycock is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Endodontics, the Georgia Dental Association, and the South Metro Study club. His research has been published in the Journal of Endodontics.
Dr. Haycock and his wife, Ashleigh, have six children: Ryleigh, Makenna, Cassie, Stephen, Jackson, and Preston. He also has two grandchildren! He enjoys spending time with his family, playing guitar, and spending time outdoors. He is active in his church and community. He coaches hockey and has been the president and Trustee of the PTC Hockey Association.
Thomas J. Lucas, D.M.D.
Dr. Lucas was born in Montgomery, Alabama and grew up in the small town of
Eclectic, Alabama. He completed his undergraduate studies at The University of
Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). He continued his undergraduate honor’s biomedical
research at UAB and pursued a dual degree (DMD/PhD) in Dentistry and Materials
Engineering. He graduated in 2015 from The University of Alabama at Birmingham
with his dental degree (DMD) and his doctorate in Material’s Engineering. After
graduation, Dr. Lucas practiced general dentistry in Auburn, Alabama for 4 years,
before returning to UAB in Birmingham to start his 24-month residency specializing
in endodontics (root canals). He joined Fayette Endodontics after finishing his
residency in June of 2021.
Dr. Lucas is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental
Association, and the American Association of Endodontics. He is eligible and working
towards becoming Board Certified in the field of Endodontics (a three-step process
and the highest certification that can be achieved).
Dr. Lucas has three daughters: Abby, Ella and Charlee. He enjoys spending time
with his children and looks forward to their weekly date night outings. Dr. Lucas also
enjoys traveling and finding the best “hole-in-the-wall” food places.
Tameika Wheeler Hall, DMD
Dr. Tameika Wheeler Hall was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. She graduated with honors from the University of West Georgia with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry in 2004. She served as a chemist for 3.5 years before moving on to pursue her dental education. She then attended the Medical College of Georgia and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 2012. While in dental school, she served 2 years as a student member on the Admissions Committee at The Medical College of Georgia School of Dentistry. From there Dr. Wheeler Hall decided to further her education at Louisiana State University in New Orleans, LA where she completed a General Practice Residency and received a certificate in General Practice Dentistry in 2013. Following her tenure at LSU, Dr. Wheeler Hall attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham and received a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in the specialty of endodontics. While at the University of Alabama, she also served as an endodontic resident to our nation’s veterans at the VA Medical Center in Birmingham, AL. She graduated from UAB in July of 2015, and she has been practicing endodontics since then. Dr. Wheeler Hall has had the privilege to practice both locally in the Atlanta area and internationally on the beautiful island of Bermuda.

Dr. Wheeler Hall resides in Fayette County and enjoys spending time with her husband and their five children. Her hobbies include cooking, traveling, and interior decorating.
Heather Whitlock, Back Office Lead
Heather started her dental assisting career at this practice in 2002 and has over 21 years of experience. Heather grew up in Brooks, Ga and currently resides there with her Husband Clint and their two children Wes and Anabel. For fun, Heather enjoys movies, camping, beach trips, spending time with her family and friends, and is very active in her church.
Tammy Lewis, Dental Assistant
Tammy joined Fayette Endodontics in 2021 and has over 30 years of experience that includes general dentistry, oral surgery, and orthodontics. Tammy grew up in Northeast, Ga but now resides in Sharpsburg, Ga with her husband Andy and their two adult children Jake and Hadlee. In her free time, she enjoys camping.
Michele Honick, Front Desk Administrator
Michele has been in the dental field for over 39 years with experience in general dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, and endodontics. Michele is married with one daughter and is known as “Bubbie” to her two granddaughters. She has a lab named “Rosie” and enjoys trips to the beach, spending time with her friends and family, and being active in her church.
Kylen Whitlock, Front Office Lead
Kylen joined Fayette Endodontics in July of 2020. She was born and raised in Jonesboro, Ga and now resides in Senoia, Ga with her husband Chris and their three girls, Harlee, Holland, and Lawsen. In her free time, Kylen enjoys reading, camping, and traveling.
Ava Griffin, Dental Assistant
Ava joined Fayette Endodontics in July of 2021. She was born and raised in Fayetteville, Ga where she resides with her husband and two children. Ava enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and hanging out with her friends.
Rachel Campbell, Dental Assistant
Rachel joined Fayette Endodontics in January of 2022. She graduated from Pike County High School in 2019 and resides in Pike County with her parents and sister. Her hobbies include volleyball, spending time with family, and the outdoors.
Angie Bond, Dental Assistant
Angie joined Fayette Endodontics in June of 2017 and has over 13 years of experience in the dental field. Angie lives in Meansville, Ga with her husband Robbie and together they have three children, Angel, Emily, and Conner. She is known as “GiGi” to her grandchildren and enjoys reading, cooking, and the outdoors.
Pam Small, Billing Coordinator
Pam started with this practice in 1990 and has over 35 years of dental experience. Pam is originally from Miami, FL and has lived in several different states because of her husband’s service In the U.S Coast Guard. She currently lives in Senoia, Ga with her boston terrier, “JoJo” and her boxer, “Layla”. She enjoys antiquing and discovering “out of the way” coffee shops and bookstores.
